Present Value of a series of unequal cash flow

The Present Value of a series of unequal cash flow is defined as the total value of the series of unequal cash flow discounting compound interests. One way of calculating this Present Value is to calculate the Present Value of each of the cash flow. This is shown in column C in the spreadsheet below. After which, the individual Present Value are summed up in column D. Cell D12 contains the final Present Value of the Series of Unequal Cash Flow.
